AMANDEL (pengertian n pencegahannye)

Penyakit darah rendah atau Hipotensi (Hypotension) adalah suatu keadaan dimana tekanan darah seseorang turun dibawah angka normal, yaitu mencapai nilai rendah 90/60 mmHg. Apabila kondisi itu terus berlanjut, didukung dengan beberapa faktor yang memungkinkan memicu menurunnya tekanan darah yang signifikan seperti keringat dan berkemih banyak namun kurang minum, kurang tidur atau kurang istirahat (lelah dengan aktivitas berlebihan) serta haid dengan perdarahan berlebihan (abnormal) maka tekanan darah akan mencapai ambang rendah (hipotensi) 90/60 mmHg.

# Tanda dan Gejala Tekanan Darah Rendah

Seseorang yang mengalami tekanan darah rendah umumnya akan mengeluhkan keadaan sering pusing, sering menguap, penglihatan terkadang dirasakan kurang jelas (kunang-kunang) terutama sehabis duduk lama lalu berjalan, keringat dingin, merasa cepat lelah tak bertenaga, bahkan mengalami pingsan yang berulang.

Pada pemeriksaan secara umum detak/denyut nadi teraba lemah, penderita tampak pucat, hal ini disebabkan suplai darah yang tidak maksimum keseluruh jaringan tubuh.

# Penyebab Penyakit Darah Rendah

Ada beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan mengapa terjadinya penurunan tensi darah, hal ini dapat dikategorikan sebagai berikut:

- Kurangnya pemompaan darah dari jantung. Semakin banyak darah yang dipompa dari jantung setiap menitnya (cardiac output, curah jantung), semakin tinggi tekanan darah. Seseorang yang memiliki kelainan/penyakit jantung yang mengakibatkan irama jantung abnormal, kerusakan atau kelainan fungsi otot jantung, penyakit katup jantung maka berdampak pada berkurangnya pemompaan darah (curah jantung) keseluruh organ tubuh.

- Volume (jumlah) darah berkurang. Hal ini dapat disebabkan oleh perdarahan yang hebat (luka sobek,haid berlebihan/abnormal), diare yang tak cepat teratasi, keringat berlebihan, buang air kecil atau berkemih berlebihan.

- Kapasitas pembuluh darah. Pelebaran pembuluh darah (dilatasi) menyebabkan menurunnya tekanan darah, hal ini biasanya sebagai dampak dari syok septik, pemaparan oleh panas, diare, obat-obat vasodilator (nitrat, penghambat kalsium, penghambat ACE).


# Penanganan dan Pengobatan Darah Rendah

Ada beberapa hal yang bisa dilakukan untuk memperbaiki kondisi tekanan darah renda (hipotensi), diantaranya :

- Minum air putih dalam jumlah yang cukup banyak antara 8 hingga 10 gelas per hari, sesekali minum kopi agar memacu peningkatan degup jantung sehingga tekanan darah akan meningkat

- Mengkonsumsi makanan yang cukup mengandung kadar garam

- Berolah raga teratur seperti berjalan pagi selama 30 menit, minimal 3x seminggu dapat membantu mengurangi timbulnya gejala

- Pada wanita dianjurkan untuk mengenakan stocking yang elastis

- Pemberian obat-obatan (meningkatkan darah) hanya dilakukan apabila gejala hipotensi yang dirasakan benar-benar mengganggu aktivitas keseharian, selain itu dokter hanya akan memberikan vitamin (suport/placebo) serta beberapa saran yang dapat dilakukan bagi penderita.

Mengenai image masyarakat yang sebagian besar berpikir bahwa dengan mengkonsumsi daging kambing bagi penderita hipotensi dapat meningkatkan tensi darah sebenarnya belum jelas, Namun dibenarkan kalau hal itu akan meningkatkan kandungan haemoglobin (Hb) dalam darah. Sekali lagi harus dipahami bahwa tekanan darah rendah artinya suplai darah tidak maksimal keseluruh bagian tubuh. Haemoglobin (Hb) rendah adalah berarti bahwa kandungan Hb sebagai zat pengikat oxygen dalam darah memiliki kadar rendah yang akibatnya penderita bisa pucat (anemia), pusing (oxygen yang di angkut/suplai darah ke otak kurang), merasa cepat lelah dan sebagainya.

Dalam kasus Hipotensi yang benar-benar diperlukan pemberian obat, biasanya ada beberapa jenis obat yang biasa dipakai seperti fludrocortisone, midodrine, pyridostigmine, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), caffeine dan erythropoietin.
